Overview
NICS Information Technology department supports all staff members in all departments with computer, system applications and telecommunications within the organization.
Helpdesk support is available by email 24 hours a day at support@nics.ws.
Services
The Information Technology department continues to grow in serving the NICS staff in providing technological support and service.
As more innovative technology is introduced to the market the Information Technology Department will continue to introduce new solutions to support the NICS staff in sharing information in a user friendly environment.

The Information Technology department currently has a Department Director responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining responsibility of the computer network, telecommunications and select system applications.
